What services does Nia Day Co-Living offer, and what income is accepted?
We provide affordable, clean, and safe co-living spaces for individuals and families in Tampa Bay. Included in the monthly rate are utilities, internet (Wifi), and streaming services in common areas. We accept: SSI, SSDI, Housing vouchers, income from work source, Rent paid on behalf of a resident by an organization.
Who is eligible?
We welcome veterans, seniors, those in sober living, individuals with developmental disabilities, those in hospice, young adults, students, and more to apply. To qualify, residents must be at least 18 years-old, maintain a reliable income, and meet background requirements.
